Harvested & layered — without a trace of alcohol
ALTER is an alternative for aperitif and wine moments, assembled from unripe grapes, fruit and herbs. Our cuvées follow the artisanal process of winemaking — from cultivation to blending — yet remain entirely alcohol-free.
Each cuvée embodies the essence of wine culture: a vinous body, bite, and balance. Expect precise acidity, a gentle mouthfeel, and a natural tension between sweetness and freshness — made without alcohol, without fermentation, and without dealcoholization.
Maximum 6 emails per year.
An alternative, not an imitation
ALTER is not an imitation of wine, but an alternative with its own identity. Crafted for those moments when wine feels right — from an aperitif to celebrate, to a glass at dinner. ALTER offers a new way to raise a glass.
Blending into Vinous Expressions
Fruit and unripe grapes form the backbone, while herbs bring complexity — body, structure, and length. Through years of savoir-faire in botanical layering, we blend layer upon layer — primary, secondary, and tertiary aromas — to create cuvées with vinous expressions: natural tannins, bright acids, and a dry, elegant finish.
Cultivated in Open Soil
ALTER offers a distinct interpretation of wine culture — its grape varieties, seasonal harvest, and assemblage. We replace grapes with herbs, and vineyards with botanical fields. This intense cultivation yields pure, complex cuvées — vibrant, natural, bright, and layered.
Alternatives for Wine Moments
We speak the language of wine — just without alcohol.
We assemble flavour the way sommeliers describe wine: through primary, secondary, and tertiary aromas. This structure gives our cuvées length, tension, and balance — making them ideal with food, or simply as an aperitif.
